Day 1 - Arrival and Welcome

We begin our retreat with intention and ease—offering space to arrive, connect, and feel at home before the deeper work begins.

Arrival & Check-In – Settle into your room, explore the grounds, and take a moment to breathe.

Welcome Session – Meet the group, hear the story behind our retreat, and set your personal intentions.

Afternoon Workshop – A light, engaging session to begin opening up themes of authenticity and connection.

Evening Dinner – A nourishing meal shared around the table, with conversation flowing easily as new connections form.

Rest & Renewal – Settle in early for a restorative night’s sleep.

Day 2 - Renewal in Practice

We begin the day by moving deeper into our learning, weaving together professional growth with moments of quiet reflection. Today is about renewal—of mind, body, and practice.

CE Workshop – A focused session that blends education with practical tools you can bring back into your work.

Reflective Walk – Step outside and take a guided walk designed to give space for processing, renewal, and grounding in nature’s calm.

Evening Ritual – We gather together for a simple, intentional closing to the day, offering a sense of peace and connection before rest.

Day 3 - Professional Growth

Our final day brings everything together—combining focused learning with exploration and meaningful connection as we prepare to carry these insights forward.

Morning CE Workshop – A dynamic session designed to deepen professional skills and translate retreat insights into practice.

Afternoon Excursion – Step away from the workshop space to enjoy a shared experience in the surrounding area—time for adventure, inspiration, and connection outside the classroom.

Evening Peer Circle – We close the retreat in community, sharing reflections, encouragement, and strategies for growth before parting ways.

Day 4 - Rest and Reconnect

This day is designed to slow the pace, restore your energy, and deepen your connection with both yourself and the surrounding culture.

Mindfulness Practice – Begin with gentle guided practices that bring calm, clarity, and presence into the day.

Excursion – Step out together for a shared adventure, experiencing the beauty of the local landscape and allowing inspiration to come from your surroundings.

Day 5 - Integration

Our final full day focuses on weaving together everything you’ve experienced—bringing clarity, confidence, and a sense of closure to the retreat.

Closing Circle – We gather as a community one last time, reflecting on the journey, sharing takeaways, and setting intentions to carry forward.

Day 6 - Departure

Departures by 9:00 AM – Carry the spirit of the retreat with you as you head home, renewed and reconnected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our retreat takes place in the Scottish Highlands near Inverness. Full details are shared after registration. The nearest airport is Inverness (INV); Edinburgh and Glasgow are alternatives. Transportation is provided for scheduled group excursions.

Daily breakfast and dinner are included, plus one hosted group lunch. All other lunches are on your own so you can enjoy local cafés. We can accommodate common dietary needs with advance notice.

The retreat includes up to 16 CE credit hours for qualifying workshops. Certificates are provided upon completion. Final hours and approval details are confirmed in your pre-arrival packet.

No special fitness level is required. Some outings include walking on uneven ground and stairs; comfortable footwear is recommended. Typical walking is 1–3 miles at a gentle pace. Alternatives are offered if needed.

A deposit reserves your place; the balance is due on a set schedule before arrival. Full payment details are provided at registration. Group size is limited to keep the experience intimate.
