We understand that unexpected events happen. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before reserving your space. By registering, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your spot.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

Balance Payments & Payment Plans

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

• If you are on a payment plan, each scheduled payment must be made on time.

• If your balance is not paid in full or scheduled payments are missed, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. All other payments made will be refunded in line with the refund schedule below.

Refunds

• 90+ days before retreat: 100% of payments refunded, minus deposit.

• 60–89 days before retreat: 50% of payments refunded, minus deposit.

• 30–59 days before retreat: 25% of payments refunded, minus deposit.

• Less than 30 days before retreat: No refunds are provided.

Missed Portions

• No refunds are issued for arriving late, leaving early, or missing any portion of the retreat.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen travel delays.
